  1. There is an old Lios in Flaherty's field (Ballyskeagh, Monivea). One night a man was going to the fair and he saw a big cat at the mouth of the Lios. The man approached the Lios to enter it, and the cat ran down into it.
    When the man went down where the cat had gone he saw a pot of gold. He tried to lift it but wasn't able.
    Next day he brought more help, but the gold was gone.
