    to a little hill in John McGown's field called 'Croe-na-hoo'.
    The treasure was hidden by McClancy for safety but no one knows the place in the ruins where it was hidden. Silver ornaments and a silver sword were got amongst the ruins by John Feely, Wardhouse.
    Wild bats guard the treasure and people are afraid to enter the tunnel. The tunnel entrance is closed by an iron door.

  2. About a hundred years ago a traveller called at Clancy's house in Tawley for a night's lodging. They gave him leave to stay and gave him his supper and a bed for the night. The next morning the traveller told them there was a treasure at the west gable of the house, and
