  1. My home District.
    The name of the townland I live in is Curraghfore. It get its name for it coldness and rough land. The population of it is about fifty three. The majority of the houses are thatched. The land is good for croping.
    It is bounded by the Eoghan Mor and Faughary river. There are three or four forts in it Nearly every farm has a good spring well on it. All the old people are nearly dead.
    The oldest man in it died a few years ago
