  1. The roads in my district derive there names from the towns they lead to, (namely) Bundoran Garrison Sligo Dromahair and Mullies road and they were made during the last century. There is another very old road near my home although it is not used now which is locally known as the forty six road and evidently was made during the famine period. As for as I know the people in those days worked for the small sum of six pence per day without maintenance unfortunately the old people around my home who would
