- This is how the well came to be known. A little holy girl lived next the place, in a lonely house on the side of a mountain. With her in this house were two maids, who were very holy also. One evening as she and her maids were praying in the chapel a stranger came in and told her, that there were men on horseback coming across the mountain to steal her.
