  1. Ivy- leaves and fresh lard boiled together is a cure for the itch in animals (?) (?) on to the itchy part
    garlic boiled in new milk and given to a dog to drink cured him of the fits or hysteria.
    The cure for the (?) was to put the hen into a bag and also throw in with to a saucer of lime and then stoke the bag well and when the hen was taken out after a few days the (?) would be gone. The lime dust killed the worms in her throat which caused (?)
    The cure for a lard or flagged udder was to rub on fresh lard and blue ointment to it-
