    Another cure they had was for a cold they would boil buttermilk and drink it boiling.
    Another cure was for a sty they would get a gooseberry thorn and prick it
    Another cure was that there were certain old men and women and they had a prayer which would stop you from bleeding, a man could not give it to another man and a woman could not give it to another woman but a man could give it to a woman.
