  1. People used to have three meals a day in olden times: Breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning, dinner at one o'clock, and supper at 6 o'clock. In olden times people used to work without any food in the mornings. Sometimes they used to take porridge for their breakfast, dinner, and supper.
