    People used to have three meals a day in olden times: Breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning, dinner at one o'clock, and supper at 6 o'clock. In olden times people used to work without any food in the mornings. Sometimes they used to take porridge for their breakfast, dinner, and supper.
    Potato bread was used in olden times.
