- The people long ago used eat two meals in the day. The breakfast and dinner. They used work from dawn till 11 o clock and then they would get their breakfast. Some of them would milk the ewes. Yellow meal and Bull's or ewes milk was for breakfast and dinner. No meat was used only on Xmas night when a ewe was killed.
