- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)Bloom fair ye flowers on scenes I line,
'Round Labby and Ben-Tam!
Blue gleam ye bending skies above
Yon rivers, clear and calm!
There, softly, fall ye summer rays
Though I should ne'er again
Behold the haunts of days
In Cregnahorna glen!(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile) - The Village on the Brae.
Hill-sheltered, rests the village on the brae,
The river calm, below it wends its ways
Through yonder glen, long deemed a fairy home,
Where crowds to gather nuts, in autumn come,
The winding, dusty roadway rambles down
Through the quaint village, and o'er moorlands brown.
And, down this road, on fair and market days,
Pass market-faring people from the braes.
Oft have I watched their carts, in rows, come down,
With men and women, on them, going to town;
While droves of sheep and cattle the road lined,
With loud-voiced drovers bellowing behind.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
