The thrush builds her nest in a white thorn like the blackbird.
In a loose wall or any kind of a stone building the goldfinch builds her nest.
The robins nest is built in the same kind of a bush as that of the blackbird or thrush.
The cuckoo, because she comes to us so late, builds no nest. She lays her egg in the reevogs nest. The reevog hatches the egg thinking it is her own. The young cuckoo has a hollow in her back and when the young reevogs come out she moves about in the nest until she gets them into the hollow. Then she throws them out of the nest to die.
The wren builds a nice, small cosy nest in a close bush or sometimes in a messy ditch. She has the door on the side of it.
