    Preceptories owned estates and revenues of considerable extent.
    In Kildare the Priory possessed the Churches of Rathmore, Sherlockstown, Killybegs, Castledermot, Calverstown, Davystown, Rathvilly, Fontstown (?) town, with their Chapels and tithes for the sustenance of pilgrims and the necessities of the poor.
