    Anglesey Line
    The best road in the parish is known as the 'anglesey line' . It stretches from Iron Mills to Nenagh. Once this gentleman was hunting in the townland of Kilkommon, and he was received kindly by the priest , and he promised to make a good road. The place was covered with trees , and they had to change the course of the river.I got this information from James Staplton Piperhill. aged about (78).

    The oldest road in this parish is the road from Tipperary to Nenagh which comes through Cappawhite, Foilaclug, Glenmorgan , Bolonanae, Barna, and Kilcommon.
