    There is a thread called the spraining thread it is needned badly when you sprain your foot
    When you go to the weaver you must not tell him why you want the spraining thread
    You must only tell him your foot is sprained.
    Then he will give you the thread and you tie it round your foot where the sore is.
    When you have it on your foot a week or two you will be all right.
