Fishing, fouling, and hunting are carried on for certain months in the year. Fishing is done mostly in wet weather for the first is usually on the top of the water. Fouling is mostly done in wet weather too for the wide ducks and geese are very low and it would be very easy to shoot them.
Hunting is done in fine weather on account of having to go through the fields for if the weather were wet the hunter would be in danger of cold by getting wet.
