  1. There is a holy well in Killglassen near Hollymount. The people round the village visit it every time they pass by it. Some of the people say their rosary round it on their bare knees. They always leave something there after them.
    It was said that some woman of the village washed some garments in the well once, and the well changed from the field it was in to another field.
