- In my district each animal is called by a name. When we are calling a pig we say "furisheen". When we are calling a cow we say ''Bet, Bet.'' When we are calling a mare we say ''Yep, Yep.'' When we are calling a sheep we say "Shufín, Shufín". When we are calling an ass we say "Preth, Preth" and we say ''Suck, Suck,'' to call a calf.
