- We set potatoes in the farm every year. Sometimes in drills and other times in ridges. When we are making the drills we use an iron plough. When we are making ridges it is mostly always with a spade we make them. We use the dung to put under the potatoes and they use the bag manure when the potatoes are set to spread over them.
