- (continued from previous page)where Doe Chapel is now situated.
- There are six graveyards in this (graveyards) parish namely (1) Doe-Castle (2) Cluain-beag (3) Doe (4) Ballymore (5) Clondahorkey and the sixth behind O'Boyle Castle in Faugher, but no one has been interred there for over 50 years. The rest are all used as burial places. They are nearly all square and they all have boundary walls and most of them slope south-east.
There is a seventh graveyard above Dunfanaghy Chapel but no one is buried there yet except two priests. There are ruins of old churches in Doe-Castle Cluain-beag and Clondahorkey, and the Stuarts of Horn Head are buried inside the walls of the ruins at Clondahorkey(continues on next page)- Collector
