There are the ruins of Wray Castle in Faugher which was erected by Torlogh Og O'Boyle who was planted here in the (reigh) reign of Tames 1. In is in the parish of Doe and the Barony of Kilmacrennan.
There are the remains of a graveyard beside it. There are also the ruins
