    the woman and ran off. They all ran after her but they could not catch her. She went into the sea and swam away.
    There was a man once went to drown a puppy in a pool and on the other side of the pool the puppy's mother appeared. When he moved she moved. He threw stones at her. At last he went to go across to chase her and she disappeared.
    There is a black dog supposed to haunt Letter. All the servant men have seen it when they stayed out late. When they would go to hit it, there was nothing there. A black dog is supposed to be seen in the graveyard. A black fox and a white one are supposed to live on the Gollan hill.
