    The people being so heartstricken one tenant composed this line of poetry before he emigrated as follows:-
    Oh well will I remember the black December day.
    When the landlord and the sheriff came to drive us all away.
    They set my roof on fire with them demon yellow splinn.
    And thats a cruel reason I left in Ireland green.
