Some years ago people made boxty out of potatoes. They used to get the potatoes and first wash them, then pick the eyes out of them. Then get the grater and grate them. When you have that done wring the water out of them. Then make the boxty into little cakes and put them into a pot of boiling water and boil them for half an hour. Then take them out on a plate and butter them and eat them.
