Cluan-na- Manach - There is a field in Knockadalteen called "Turlough". It got that name because in Winter the water lodged in the centre of it forming a lake and in the summer months it dried up again.A piece of land in the corner of this district is called "Lubac" The reason it got that name is the Owen Mór river flows around it forming a semi-circle. For this reason the piece of land within the circle is called "lubac".
