- There are three tailors in the district. They work at their homes at the present time. Long ago they travelled from house to house when they were required.
Some tailors stock cloth to sell, but the people mostly buy the cloth in the shop for the clothes they require made. Cloth was spun and woven also long ago and then the tailor comes and makes the clothes. Men and women wore clothes of the clothes that were spun and woven. Nowadays tweed and serge are used to make clothes instead. Long ago tailors used(continues on next page)- Informant
