    ing, taking a spade and go to the field beside your house, where you will see a white patch and under this is hidden treasure." The following morning the man went to the field and saw the white patch. Then he went home for a spade but when he returned the patch had disappeared. The the same little fairy as he dreamt of appeared, and told him that he could do without the treasure, as he did not obey his orders by bringing the spade at first.
    This field is now owned by Mr. Nolan and it is said that the treasure must be hidden there yet.
