    I will rise from this bed of sleep to adore my God and to labour for the salvation of my soul Oh may I rise on the last day to life everlasting. Amen.
    Oh my God clothe my soul with the nuptial robe of charity, and grant that I may wear it pure and undefiled before the judgement seat.
    Jesus the branches and Mary the flower
    Protect me now and in my last hour.
    As I lie down to take a sleep
    God, to Thee I give my soul to keep
    Any danger in the way
    God Almighty waken me.
