    One evening before confessions a tramp stole a shirt off the priest's line. Then he went to the priest's door and told the servant he had a present of a shirt for the priest. The servant said the priest didn't want it but the tramp insisted that she should tell the preist and at last she did but the priest said it was all right he could keep the shirt. Then the tramp went to confession and told the priest that he had stole a shirt and priest told him he would have to make restitutions, but the tramp told him he tried to give it back and the owner wouldn't take it. So the priest told him if that was so the shirt was his. When the
