    to the Ardeevin road and all the others used chase him to take the ball from him. If he were knocked and lost the ball another man would grab it and away again the whole play would go. Whoever carried the ball across the road would be declared the best man in the field and was allowed to bring home the ball until the next time. There is no fun like that now, for we have no place to kick.
