    Edwards' Field One of the fields is still known as Aylwards'(Edwards) Field. The grove of trees in which the farmhouse was situated is in this field close to the present Avenue. The Aylwards are still living in Shamber.
    Workman's Field. This is a field in which Murphy built ten or eleven cottages for his workmen. Each man had part of this field for his own use.
