    round-about walks where the horse-soldiers used to go through their drill with the captain giving the word of command to his soldiers on the top of this mount.
    This "Garrison" stands in full view of ancient Clones. It was also surrounded with a beautiful demense on the estate of the late Herr-Foster of Ballynure, Clones. Part of these ruins are there to be seen yet.
