    The brothers started here a Public Distillery. This business proved a great success as there used to be a fair for cattle, horses, and everything, held here in olden times.
    It was called Ballykestra Fair. These brothers lived to a very old age and passed away quietly. There is nothing left now at Analore to remind us of the days so long gone past, except, I am told, part of the remains of the old pot, that they used to make their porridge in, now lying somewhere in Mrs A. Knight's yard.
