- About nineteen or twenty years ago, a man named Mr Dunne cut a Lone Tree in Pooca's Hollow. When he was burning it he fell into the fire and burned his hand and it never got better.
One time it is said that two Kings stood there to call an army to go and fight.
There was some other man who cut a Lone Tree and when he was cutting it, he lost the sight of his two eyes and he never got it back.- Informant
