- There is one holy well in our parish. It is in the townland of Cornapallis. The name of the field is Cluain Patrick. The people visit it on the three first Sundays in July. There are rounds performed, and Prayers said.
You go round the statue of Saint Patrick fiftheen times saying One Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory be to the father. Then you go up to the Crucifix and pray. Then you go kneeling from there to the Statue saying the Rosary.
Then you go to the well and take three drops of water and you pray there then. There is no story told about it.- Collector
