    this farm, and there are only six cows kept in it now.
    Lord Bantry had two agents Mr. Pane, and Mr. Ellis. They used go around twice a year gathering the rents, and David Donovan, and Daniel Kelly from Baurs used to go around and give them notice to pay the rent. Some of them were not able to pay them, and they used borrow it from their neighbours.
    My grandfather entered the land-court three times. The first time he entered it he got a reduction of five pounds, and the rent came down
