    in a stone but it would not cure the warts if you were looking for the water. Another cure was to put a stone for every wart into a purse and throw the purse at the cross of four roads, and then the warts would vanish. There is a well on the western side of Mushera called Tobairín na bFáinní and anyone who washes their hands in this well is cured of the warts.
    Toothaches:-
    There is a small well on the other side of Mushera which cures toothaches.
    Scurvy:-
    Long ago people boiled the roots of the cockle and minced it with beeswax and it cured scurvy.
    Drawing wounds:-
    Soap and sugar soap and cabbage leaves and soap resin were used for drawing wounds.
