The land is hilly and boggy while there is some of it good. - I am in the townland of Knockafurtig in the parish of
Rockchapel and in the barony of Duhallow.
There are seven houses and a school in my District.
There are twenty - six people in it.
There are old people too who can tell stories in English but not in Irish.
There were two more houses in the townland long ago which are not to be seen atall now.
