  1. There is supposed to be another treasure hidden in Fahalea wood in the lands of Mr. Harry Daunt about 3 miles from Carrigaline. It is hidden in a box under a stone near a white thorn scairt. It is supposed to be gold and bank notes. It is supposed to have been buried by a former Daunt who would not invest his money in any way. He told somebody afterwards that it was buried under a white thorn bush. Several attempts have been made to find it and even yet we often notice that the stones are sometimes pulled up freshly under these bushes in the wood.
