  1. Forts
    Our farm which consists of fifty acres of land, there are one and a half acres under forts. One of them is surrounded with a large ditch of water.
    It is said that a castle was situated in the centre of the fort and that two children dwelled there. One night the children were coming from a Mission and they got drowned in the water and some people say the children are heard crying there in the night.
    It was also said long ago that anyone putting down piseog [?] should never cross that fort, or if
