    Mr. O'Shea's farm, one in Mr. Collin's farm, one in Mr. Wall's farm, and one in Mr. O'Sullivan's farm. There is also a fort within a mile of Dromcollogher, of which a great story is told. The owner of the land said he would level the fort, and make the whole field level. He with his workmen levelled the mound and cut down the trees that grew around it, and when this was done, after three weeks the owner was in bed , and suffered greatly from paralysis, from his knees downwards, and he never left his bed until he died.
    The workman who helped him was affected also, and he lay in bed for a few months. He recovered afterwards, but his death was hastened by a sore finger, which was the cause of his early death.
