    Long ago there lived a man named Mr Patrick McCormac in Lodge, Hospital, Co. Limerick who could run four miles in half an hour. One day he challenged a man named Mr John Carroll, Lodge, Hospital, Co. Limerick to run a race with him. The race started and after much hardship it was won by Mr John Carroll. Mr Patrick McCormac was disappointed and was not satisfied so he challenged a man named Mr John Hayes, Castlefarm, Hospital, Co. Limerick who looked on while Mr. P. McCormac ran the race. But
