  1. One night a man was driving a priest to a sick call in a horse and trap. On their way to the sick call they had to pass a fort. As they were passing the fort the horse stopped and the priest asked the man did he see anything.
    He said "no" and the priest told him to look over his right shoulder. He did so and behing them the road was black with people. The priest took out his prayer book and prayed and after than the road was clear.

    One night a man went to a neighbouring house "ag[?] cúaragearc[?]". He stayed there very late. He had to pass a fort and the people told him that black dog used to be seen there. He would not believe them. When he came to the fort the dog rushed
