   The bread that was used in the district long ago was pan cakes, oaten meal cake and potatoe cake that was used in my district long ago. The bread would be made every day of the week, On the top of the cake a cross would be put on it. The vessel which the cake is baked in is called oven. The bread was was often baked standing
