    Béaloideas - Funny Stories
    Once a man named Denis Kelly lived in Kanturk .Every winter wild geese are plentiful in Kanturk lakes .Denis said to himself that he'd have some of them some way.He got a bundle of straw and went down.Then he hid himself under the straw A flock came and started picking the oats.Denis started catching legs and then all the geese rose up and flew. Denis kept his hold and they brought him over the lake and he landed safe at the other side.
    It is said that the same person brought it out a little to a little hill near Martin Harhan's
