    béaloideas Tailors
    There is no tailor in our district at present .The last one was a young man. Michael Kelly was his name .he was reared in Cork but he was a native of Kanturk.He was an orphan .He only stayed for a few months.He used make clothes for youngsters.
    There was another one named Thomas Walle who lived in Slievelougnane ,Connolly.He lived in the house where Pat Reidy or (the old Smith Reidy) lives at present.This was about nine years ago.Seldom he worked at home.he used travel the whole place making clothes with his sewing machine
