the tailors used have to be fed, along with being paid.
Tailors used make a suit of clothes in a day.Long ago people used to grow flax. When it was grown they used to clean it, and put it in a bog hole for a week or fortnight. Then they made linen out of it.
They also made flannel suits out of wool that grew on the sheep .They kept sheep themselves .They used to make "Báiníns"for the men."Báiníns" were flannel jackets without any sleeves.
