    Often the old people used to change themselves into all sorts of animals On one occasion it happened that a woman changed herself into a hare. She went in to a neighbouring man's cabin where there were twelve cows. The man went into the cabin at twelve o clock in the night to see the cows. When he went out he saw a hare milking the cows.
    When he went in the hare ran out the door. The man had a hound and he ran after her. The hare ran to a neighbouring house and went in through a hole in the cabin and the hound caught her by the leg and cut it.
