- Signs in the SkyWhen the mist comes to wards the earth rain is at hand. When the rain is ceasing blue clouds appear in the centre of the sky. When the moon has a small ring round it rain will come and when there is a double ring round it there is going to be storm. Severe frost is at hand when the stars glitter and are very bright. When the wind is from the South it is called the rainy art and when it is from the North it is called the cold art.Collected by:-
