  1. A long time ago there were very doctors in the Country and there was no free medical attendance. People were not so enlightened as now. The people long ago had cures of their own.
    When people long ago got a headache, they would put their heads into a pail of water to cure it. If they had a skin disease they would get a few nettle roots boil it and make a poultice of them and put it on the skin
    There is a well in Termonfeckin called Trinity well. When people had sore eyes they went to this well and washed their
