    nowaday whether they are old or young. The people of olden times say that the reason of it is that they do not get enough of good fresh air and they do not get as good as food either.
    Peter Dowdal who was a friend of my grannies was supported to be the best swimmer in Drogheda. It is many's the time that he often saved a person from being drowned, and even if they were drowned he would often get them out of the water. While he was swimming himself one day he was drowned.
